In the Netherlands, when players and coaches join an academy, they  sign with the club, this gives a young player a sense of professionalism, a sense and pride of being signed to a club. Here at KNVB FC that is our goal, to give our players the feeling of getting all the way to the top and signing professional contracts someday or signing college scholarships.
